Food Grade Applications

Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a number of custom rotary unions for many food grade applications. The union pictured is constructed from 300 series stainless steel and utilizes a precision ground shaft, special seals, and dual radial ball bearings.

This particular unit is used in the dairy industry for milk processing. The bearings are packed with a food grade grease and the seals are USDA/FDA approved for food grade use. We have designed and manufactured over 100 unions that are used through-out the food and beverage industries.
