Rotary Systems will design and build a custom rotary union for your specific application. Our design team has over 35 years of combined experience in the rotary union business and has designed and manufactured over 700 custom rotary unions. Several of these custom rotary unions are in stock for immediate delivery.
Our unions will transfer your media, handle your system pressure and temperature, operate at your rotational speeds and fit within your overall envelope size. Over-the-Shaft/Through Bore Rotary Union
Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a line of standard and custom over-the-shaft rotary unions. The custom rotary union shown is constructed from carbon steel ,utilizes a precision ground shaft, radial ball bearings and Teflon seals. This is a two passage rotary union with 1/4” passages and a four inch bore through the rotor. It was designed for a high pressure hydraulic indexing application. (read more)

Coil Processing
Rotary Systems’ inline dual flow unions are designed for both high and low pressure applications. The unions utilize a hardened and precision ground shaft, impregnated Teflon seals with o-rings and dual radial ball bearings to prevent side loading to the seals. (read more)

Workholding Unions
Rotary Systems’ new line of work-holding unions are available in two, four and six passage models. These unions are designed with #4 SAE threads on both the radial and axial locations on the shaft and in the housing. Rotary Systems’ custom twelve passage rotary union is manufactured from carbon steel. This union utilizes a hardened and precision ground shaft, Teflon seals and radial ball bearings.
