Warranty
Commencing from the date of shipment, Rotary Systems provides a limited one-year warranty on materials and workmanship for all rotary unions it manufactures or repairs, unless otherwise stated. Rotary Systems’ liability is expressly limited to the rebuild or replacement of its product, which applies only if the item is proven defective upon return to Rotary Systems for evaluation, freight pre-paid. This warranty is void if the product is dismantled, modified, altered, or damaged from improper maintenance, side-loading, excessive temperature, abrasive or chemical action, or other improper use.
No warranty, express or implied, is extended beyond that stated above.
IMPORTANT
Under no circumstances shall explosive, flammable, high temperature, corrosive or toxic media be used with Rotary Systems’ rotary unions. The remote possibility of leakage may result in personal injury. If there is any doubt, contact our Applications Engineering department at info@rotarysystems.com.
