Rotary Union Replacement for Packaging Equipment OEM

A large OEM was experiencing issues with their existing non-Rotary Systems rotary unions on their packaging equipment systems.  Due to unsolved quality issues with their existing unit they turned to Rotary Systems to develop a unique and robust rotary union specific to their application. Rotary Systems accepted the challenge.  What makes the new rotary union distinctive and durable?   We designed a union with a carbon steel construction hardened shaft, dual seal ball bearings, and Teflon seals. Their new Rotary Systems rotary union is directly interchangeable for ease of maintenance and replacement in the field.  Moving forward, all new and existing equipment will use the new Rotary Systems union.
